Why is your clothing only available in the sizes XS-2XL?
We are ALL about body positivity here at SORRY NOT SORRY CLOTHING and are in the process of working towards offering a wider variety of sizes for all beautiful bodies. Please let us know if there is a design that you would love to see on a certain size and we will see what we can do.
When will my order arrive?
Please check our Payment & Shipping infos to find out how long shipping will take to your country.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?!
If your order is late, please let us know by e-mail and mention your order number and we will track down the problem and solve the issue with you.
My delivery is wrong or damaged?
Oh no! We do our best here at SORRY NOT SORRY CLOTHING, but mistakes are only human. Please contact us by e-mail with your order number and a short description of the problem. If the item is damaged, please also send a picture of the damaged item.
I need to send my order back
We are sorry to hear that you want to send your order back. Please send us an e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason why. We will then reply to you as soon as possible, letting you know what to do next. Please DO NOT send us your order back without contacting us by e-mail first.
